Dr. Octavio Elías Sousa Garrido – "Dr. Fit" Known by his patients as Dr. Fit for his motto, “It’s not about being fat or thin, it’s about being healthy and fit,” Dr. Octavio Elías Sousa Garrido has helped thousands of people across four continents achieve lasting weight loss and restore their physiological and emotional balance. He is also the Founder and Medical Director of REGENMED Panama, a leading center for Metabolic and Regenerative Medicine.
